Naomi and the technicians at our clinic have accumulated years of professional experience within the hair, and hair replacement industry and our enthusiasm and pride shows in all that we do. We care about each and every client visit and instil our passion and knowledge in providing the best possible hair solution for every individual. Our staff have over 22 years experience in the industry and consists of a wide variety of talents. We also provide a full hairdressing service.

We pride ourselves on ensuring we offer a continuous support network whether that is offering adjustable appointments, answering your questions ,discussing new products or helping with any styling concerns. You are always welcome to call our team. Some solutions are a trial and error and we endeavour to work with you to find a solution that most suits your lifestyle

 

MAINTAINING YOUR UNITS AND EXTENSIONS 

If you are currently wearing a system from another company, we are more than happy to continue with the attachment and maintenance of that system if required, or perhaps discuss some alternative solutions

 

VARIETY OF SERVICES

We provide a large range of services, including Trichology Hair loss & Hair Restoration, Full Hair Dressing, all types of Hair Extensions, and Hair Replacement systems. All consultations, fittings and maintenance appointments are undertaken in our clinic by our experienced technicians. You are welcome to request a specific technician for your maintenance appointments, as we believe building strong relationships are important

 

REPLACING YOUR EXTENSIONS AND HAIR REPLACEMENT UNITS

We will let your know you when the time comes to replace your system. This varies from client to client depending on the personal circumstances and lifestyles. Minimal repairs can be undertaken in-clinic to keep your system in a wearable condition.

 

MAINTENANCE

All of the products and services that we offer require a differing levels of maintenance and these will be discussed during your consultation. You will also receive a take home care plan detailing how to correctly care for your Extensions, or Hair Loss System. We always encourage independence and we are happy to teach self-maintenance where appropriate. We also offer a FREE a 7 day follow up appointment ,however larger adjustments, are at cost to the wearer.

PRIVACY & ATMOSPHERE

We pride our selves on our warm and fun atmosphere, however we understand some treatments are sensitive, and we have found our guests love our smaller studio, away from busy centres and roads.  A variety of magazines are available and we offer a selection of hot and cold soft drinks during your appointment. We are also conveniently located above a cafe, and convenience store

TRANSPORTATION

We are located, just beside a bus station making travel via bus easy. For those driving, we have parking along the street at the side of the shop, but please note, the parking at the front of the shop is only 15mins

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

We know that most of our clients work full time jobs, and have limited time to spend in the salon, for this reason we do offer after hours appointments. For more information on after hours pricing, please see the following link: Here
